Reducing vibrations
A trend in the area of manufacturing and production machines is the increase in manufacturing speed in order to increase productivity. This frequently leads to increases in vibrations in machines and systems. This can be significantly reduced with a Smart PID System from FLUDICON by the combination of an adaptive damper with a controller and appropriate sensors.
Electrorheological fluids (ERF) change their flow characteristics and therefore resistance in the attenuation systems developed by FLUDICON.
