Especially for the middle segment, between the low- and high-end solutions, FLUDICON provides adjustable PID systems as a technologically smart and cost-optimized solution. The benefits for end-users are either at least an equivalent solution at a lower cost, or a solution of “high-end model” functionality at an attractive overall cost in development. This can be achieved because expensive servo-hydraulic drives or motor-driven spindle gears are no longer needed for control. Furthermore, the Smart PID System has the decisive advantage that the controller and regulator are integrated into the power amplifier. The controller of the power amplifier can be configured such as to either operate independently of other systems or be integrated within an overall machine control system.
